Jonesing for a St Paddy's Day Shake
- 2 cups organic frozen spinach
- 2 cups frozen banana
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves
- ½ cup coconut water - straight up - no additives
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon organic agave or ½ cup FoMu non-dairy Avocado Ice Cream
- ½ cup ice
- Put all of the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve with a sprig of mint in glass.
This smoothie has the creamy consistency of a shake and the agave or FoMu give it some sweetness. Packed with healthy goodness! Enjoy.
