When you want a sweet but healthy St. Paddy's Day shake option
Serves: 16
Ingredients
  • 2 cups organic frozen spinach
  • 2 cups frozen banana
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves
  • ½ cup coconut water - straight up - no additives
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic agave or ½ cup FoMu non-dairy Avocado Ice Cream
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve with a sprig of mint in glass.
Notes
This smoothie has the creamy consistency of a shake and the agave or FoMu give it some sweetness. Packed with healthy goodness! Enjoy.
