CS White is an interior designer, writer, publisher, and passionate entrepreneur with a deep love for storytelling, beautiful spaces, and finding magic in everyday places. She’s been enchanted by Paris since her first visit at age 15 as an exchange student—a spark that turned into a lifelong romance with travel, design, and the stories that bring history to life.

With a background that spans international travel, creative entrepreneurship, and decades of design work, Carter brings a sharp eye for detail and a warm, relatable voice to everything she creates. Her writing blends heart and humor, whether she's sharing a romantic tale with a dash of intrigue or guiding readers through hidden corners of Paris in her nonfiction.

When she's not sketching out kitchens or finishing a new book, you'll find her walking the beach in Florida, trying a new restaurant in New Orleans, or jetting off to Paris (especially if there is an irresistibly low airfare).

She lives a joyfully full life with her partner—the love of her life—their six amazing grown kids (thanks to love/marriage and blended families), and two spoiled, hilarious dogs.

Paris in Love & Lore is her first book under her own name. She’s currently working on her debut romance novel and developing courses for fellow creatives and travel-loving entrepreneurs.
